"Just a short note to let you know how pleased Sue and I are with the quality of your service. If you remember, you arranged to for a small shipment involving Sue's mother's estate to Colorado in the USA. The Shipment arrived at our house on October 2 without any problems. Sue is about halfway through unpacking and is very pleased with the quality of the packing that your folks did. She has not come across any damage at all which is remarkable considering the amount of china and pottery involved. Even the truck (lorry) driver remarked on the quality of the construction of the box! (He had no means to lower the box from the truck and thus had to break open the outer box in order to lift the smaller packages to the ground. Sue says he had much trouble opening the box and a few choice words!)
