Advance Forwarding have been selected to coordinate the welcome program for Nottingham University overseas students.

One day in September saw 1300 people collected from Heathrow; the students transported on 28 coaches to their new home in Nottingham; their excess baggage all dealt with on their behalf; all of the luggage loaded onto 6 trucks, and delivered to them.

Working from 7am until midnight Advance Forwarding managed the whole operation, which is soon to be repeated for Loughborough University and other universities in the midlands.
